How it works

One round, a handful of cards, and a little drama.

  1. The card buddy gets a heart seal 1

    Play a card

Breakfast in bed. A foot rub. Your pick for movie night. Play a card and it lands on their phone, sealed with a heart.

  2. A heart pops up over the card buddy 2

    They do it, it counts

They do it, you confirm it, and it counts. Send a thank-you sticker if it made your day.

  3. The card buddy pouts 3

    Or a Big Fat No

Not feeling it? They can play one of their Big Fat Nos, kindly. Out of Nos? Time to beg.

A round lasts one, two or four weeks. You each get 10 cards, plus 2 Big Fat Nos to keep in your pocket.

Big Fat No

Not tonight

Pass on one card, no hard feelings.

No
Big Fat NoTwo per round, so use them wisely. Add a kind word, and undo it for 5 seconds.
Beg

Pretty please?

Out of No cards? Beg for forgiveness. They decide: mercy, or no mercy.

Beg forgivenessThe last way out of a card. It works more often than you'd think.

Made for two phones

Each of you plays from your own phone. Cards travel between you as they happen.

  • Pair with a code

One of you gets a six-letter code, the other types it in. That's the whole setup.

  • Say no, kindly

A Big Fat No can come with a kind word: Not tonight, Too tired, Another day.

  • Say thanks

When a card is done, send a sticker: Love it, Made my day, or Best ever.

  • No winner

The round ends with a little scrapbook of everything you did for each other.

You each play on your own phone, iPhone or Android, and pair them once with a code.

Questions

Do we both need a phone?

Yes, so you each have your own hand. iPhone and Android play together, so one of you can have each.

How long is a round?

One, two or four weeks, or any end date up to three months away.

Is it only for couples?

It's made for couples first. Best friends and roommates are next.
